1. Order Processing Time

The stated order processing time applies after the final (balance) payment is received and inventory or fulfillment arrangements are confirmed.

Once the balance payment is received, orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, subject to inventory availability and fulfillment arrangements.

Order processing includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and preparation for fulfillment. It does not include transit time, shipping time, or any ocean freight or inter-warehouse transfer time.

2. Shipping Method, Carrier & Transit Time

Shipping methods, carriers, and estimated transit times will be determined and may vary depending on destination, logistics conditions, and regulatory requirements.

Final shipping details will be confirmed prior to dispatch or provided after shipment, as applicable.

3. Shipping Fees, Duties & International Shipping

Orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis, unless otherwise stated. This means that shipping costs, import duties, and applicable taxes are included in the purchase price at checkout.

Where permitted, we offer international shipping. Under DDP terms, we are responsible for customs clearance and import duties, and customers are not expected to pay additional duties or taxes upon delivery, unless otherwise required by local authorities or regulations.

Shipping terms, fees, and availability may vary by destination due to local regulations or logistical constraints.

Change of Delivery Address After Shipment If you request a change of delivery address after the order has been shipped, a US$25 processing fee per order will apply, in addition to any extra fees charged by the shipping carrier for rerouting the package.

4. Shipment Tracking

Shipment tracking details are to be determined.
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided via email or through your account once the order has been dispatched.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or is lost in transit, please contact us within a 48 hours after delivery or the expected delivery date.
We may request supporting information such as photos of the packaging and items received.
Each case will be reviewed individually, and appropriate solutions may include repair, replacement, reshipment, or other reasonable remedies in accordance with applicable laws and logistics policies.

6. Shipping Regions & Restrictions

Due to lithium battery transportation restrictions, certain regions or destinations may not be eligible for delivery.
If your location cannot be serviced, we will notify you as early as possible and arrange an appropriate solution, which may include order cancellation and refund.

7. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on the Strutt’s official website.
