FAQ
General Information
Children may use the ev¹c only with full parental or guardian awareness, accompaniment, and continuous supervision. An adult must monitor use at all times and strictly prevent the child from touching, probing, or placing any body parts into any gaps, openings, or spaces on the ev¹c . Active supervision is required throughout use to manage and control potential risks.
Aside from specific cloud based services including cellular, all core features officially released on January 5th are included in the purchase price. There are no "pay-to-unlock" barriers to using your vehicle.

Specifications
The total weight, excluding the battery, is 63.8 kg (≈ 140.7 lb).
Individual components weigh 18.2 kg (front chassis), 19.8 kg (rear chassis), 18.4 kg (seat), 7.4 kg (main arm), and 5.8 kg (battery).
All weights have a tolerance of ±5%.
L x W x H: 1046 x 584-660 x 872-982 mm
(41.2 x 23-26 x 34.3-38.7 in)
It has two front steering motors and two rear drive motors, with each rear drive motor delivering up to 1000W peak power.
To ensure maximum safety and stability within this 13° limit, the system features Intelligent Incline Adaptation. While driving on a slope up to this maximum angle, the ev¹c will automatically adjust its speed and acceleration based on the specific angle of the incline.
Actual limits depend on local laws and regulations.
Standard: Every ev¹c is equipped with Seat Storage (located under the seat) as a standard feature.
Optional: The following accessories are available for separate purchase to increase your storage capacity:
- Rear Storage: A spacious container ideal for backpacks and larger items.
- Side Storage: Convenient bags attached to the armrest for quick access to your essentials.

A higher backrest accessory is currently in development to provide additional head support.
We also plan to share exterior structural models and accessory mounting point specifications to support future customization.
Assistive Driving
In Manual Mode: Provides intuitive safety alerts. When an obstacle is detected, the joystick will vibrate instantly to notify you.
In Co-Pilot & Co-Pilot+ Modes: Actively assists your navigation. The system intelligently fine-tunes steering to navigate around obstacles. If space is insufficient, it will slow down or stop in supported scenarios to minimize the risk of contact.
Note: System performance is subject to environmental limitations. The driver must remain engaged and is ultimately responsible for safe operation.
As a general reference, vegetation at or above approximately 20 cm can be detected as an obstacle, while lower vegetation may be treated as passable terrain.
More broadly, detection depends on the object's height, shape, and position, though objects at or above approximately 20 cm are generally more reliably detected as obstacles.
Software
Please make sure your ev¹c is connected to Wi-Fi and has enough battery before starting the update, then follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process safely.
Each map uses the ev¹c location at the start of mapping as its origin, and supports a single-level area map within a maximum radius of 150 metres from that origin.
Only cloud-based features, such as the AI Assistant and over-the-air updates, require an internet connection via Wi-Fi or cellular data, and may be unavailable until connectivity is restored.
Battery
The maximum range for the Strutt ev¹c equipped with the 640Wh (Typ) Long-range Battery is 20 miles (32 km). It is tested in a lab environment under controlled conditions, simulating a continuous journey from full charge to total depletion based on measured energy consumption.
Actual range in real-world usage varies based on factors such as speed, terrain, and active features. Notably, the Strutt ev¹c consumes battery power even in standby due to its active sensors, radars, and intelligent driving systems. When Range Mode is off, the 20+ sensors and chipsets remain continuously active, drawing approximately 7% power per hour. Enabling Range Mode reduces this standby consumption to as low as 3% per hour. To maximize your range per charge, we recommend enabling Range Mode while driving and switching to Sleep Mode when the vehicle is idle.

1. Remove the battery and charge it through the battery charging port.
2. Keep the battery installed and charge through the charging port under the armrest cover.
3. Keep the battery installed and charge directly through the battery charging port.
1. The recommended battery operating temperature is around 20 +/- 5 C. Very high or low temperatures may reduce performance.
2. The battery can be charged within 2 C to 45 C. Outside this range, charging may not start. Charging speed may also slow down automatically in very hot or cold conditions.
3. Avoid direct sunlight or storing the battery inside a vehicle exposed to the sun. High temperatures may accelerate battery aging, damage the battery, or create a fire risk.
4. For long-term storage, keep the battery at 0 C to 25 C, 8% to 40% humidity, and around 50% charge. Every 3 months, perform one charge and discharge cycle, then recharge it to around 50% if storage continues.
5. Check the battery and charger regularly. If you notice abnormal heat, corrosion, severe wear, cracks, leakage, unusual odor, or other abnormalities, stop using them and contact Strutt official support.
Important: Do not use third-party chargers to avoid potential safety risks.
Please note: Using an underpowered power supply may cause insufficient charging, charging interruptions, or permanent damage to your power station. Always check your power supply specifications before connecting.
Assembly & Customization
Driving Experience
To get even closer to the table, the armrests can be flipped up and you can use the Strutt app to remote-control the ev¹c for micro-adjustments.
Note: When the armrests are flipped up, the integrated sensors on them will be inactive. For your safety, please proceed with caution and manually monitor your surroundings during this time to avoid any potential bumps or collisions.
Travel & Outdoor Use
Long-range Battery (640 Wh): Not permitted for air travel.
Flight-safe Battery (288 Wh): Designed to comply with airline battery transport regulations.*
*Acceptance varies by carrier. Please verify with your airline and request prior approval before your flight.
* Final eligibility is subject to the confirmed specifications at the time of release of the Flight-safe Battery.
It provides a pre-drilled mounting hole of 5/8-11 UNC (3A). Since vehicle docking systems vary by brand and model, users should confirm compatibility and installation requirements with the docking system supplier or a qualified installer before use.
The ev¹c has not been crash-tested for use as an occupied vehicle seat and must not be used as a driver or passenger seat while a vehicle is in motion.
Users should transfer to a certified vehicle seat before travel.
Maintenance & Cleaning
2. We recommend wiping sensor surfaces with a clean wet microfiber if you notice any stains. Avoid using organic solvents or applying excessive force when cleaning the sensor surface to prevent scratches.
3. We recommend you check and maintain the ev¹c regularly. You may also refer to the "Repair and Maintenance" chapter in the user manual.
