Notes:
1. Final delivery timing may be affected by production schedules, logistics conditions, and force majeure events. The actual delivery date shall be subject to the final official notification.
2. Pre-orders are collected by Strutt to register interest and reserve a place in line. A pre-order and deposit do not constitute a purchase contract for the final product.
When ordering opens in your country or region, the purchase contract (if you choose to proceed) will be entered into with the Strutt entity or authorized distributor responsible for your country or region (the “Local Fulfillment Entity”).
The Local Fulfillment Entity will be the contracting party and will be responsible for order acceptance, payment processing, invoicing, delivery, after-sales service, and any applicable local taxes, duties, and consumer rights obligations, in accordance with local law. You will then pay the full purchase price directly to the Local Fulfillment Entity under the final order checkout and terms. After you place the final order, your pre-order deposit will be refunded in full to your original payment method.
