3. The ev¹c is not specifically designed for blind or visually impaired users. Full operation, including the activation of intelligent driving features and navigation of on-screen menus, requires visual engagement and active user participation. Users should evaluate their ability to safely interact with these interfaces prior to use.

Due to limitations in the field of view (FOV) of visual sensors and LiDAR, material reflectivity, weather conditions, and road environments, the ev¹c 's perception and detection systems cannot cover all scenarios and may result in false alarms, undetected obstacles, or unstable recognition, including but not limited to:
- Human foot detection blind spots in certain directions, which may also be affected by obstruction from the occupant's body;
- Limited detection stability for transparent materials, special materials such as black marble tiles or metallic reflective surfaces, as well as small or irregularly shaped obstacles;
- Steps or curbs may not be accurately detected, or may go undetected, when they have a slope exceeding 10° or are made of materials with very low or very high reflectivity (e.g., smooth black or mirror-like surfaces).
- Degraded radar performance in rain, snow, fog, haze, wet roads, or standing water.
5. Auto-Pilot and related intelligent or assisted driving functions are not suitable for environments with steps, significant height differences, or slopes exceeding 10°. These functions may also be affected by complex road conditions, lighting, or environmental factors. Users must comply with local laws and regulations, maintain safe driving awareness, and take responsibility for driving safety.
6. Follow mode may be provided through future over-the-air (OTA) updates, subject to change. Follow mode primarily relies on the fusion of data from the front-facing camera and LiDAR point clouds. If the tracked subject moves out of the field of view, becomes obstructed, or is in complex, crowded, or high-density pedestrian environments, the system may lose the target, follow the wrong subject, or fail to function.
