Introducing Strutt Points: Earn Rewards, Enjoy More
Your journey with Strutt now comes with a little something extra.
We're introducing Strutt Points, a new rewards system that lets you earn points through selected activities, keep track of your rewards, and redeem them for savings on future purchases.
Whether you're already part of the Strutt community or just getting started, here's how you can make the most of your points.
What Are Strutt Points?
Strutt Points are rewards you can collect through eligible activities and use them on the Strutt online store.
You can now view your available points, track your points history, and explore redemption options through your Strutt account.
It's our way of recognising your participation and making your experience with Strutt a little more rewarding.
How to Earn Strutt Points
There are several ways to earn points by participating in the Strutt community.
- Refer a Friend: Share Strutt with others and earn points when an eligible referral results in a purchase and the new user successfully links their vehicle to their Strutt account.
- Join Special Activities: Look out for opportunities to earn points through selected Strutt campaigns and community activities.
Available rewards and eligibility requirements may vary by activity. Check the Strutt Points page for the latest details.
Turn Your Points into Savings
Collected some points? Put them to good use!
You can exchange your available Strutt Points for discount coupons to use on eligible purchases through the Strutt online store.
Here's how it works:
- Check Your Balance: Sign in to your Strutt account to see your available points.
- Choose Your Points: Enter the number of points you'd like to redeem.
- Get Your Coupon: Exchange your points for a discount coupon of the corresponding value.
- Enjoy Your Savings: Apply your coupon at checkout on the Strutt online store.
For example, at the US store, 12 Strutt Points can be redeemed for a $12 discount coupon.
Discount coupons are valid for 30 days after redemption. Once points have been exchanged, they cannot be refunded.
Keep Track of Your Points
Managing your rewards is simple.
In the Strutt App, head to Strutt Points to find your points. You can also sign in to your account on the Strutt website and select My Points to check your balance, review transactions, and explore available rewards.
Whether you've just earned new points or are planning your next redemption, everything is easy to keep track of.
A Few Things to Know
- Points Expiration: Points are generally valid until December 31 of the year following the year they were earned.
- Coupon Validity: Redeemed discount coupons are valid for 30 days and cannot be exchanged back into points.
- Account Required: Make sure you're signed in to your Strutt account when shopping to use your points.
