How the Pre-order Works?

The deposit is fully refundable until you decide to secure your order.

Secure Your Order

Jan 5, 2026 – Apr 30, 2026

Orders are fulfilled in the order they are secured, so securing earlier helps you receive the ev¹ sooner.

To secure your order, log in to your Strutt account, go to Order History, find your order, and click "Secure My Order".

If you prefer not to take action, your order will be cancelled and deposit US$99 will be automatically returned from May 1.

Step 3:
Pay the Balance

From Feb 2026 Onwards

When your order is ready to ship, you will receive a notification with the payment due date for the remaining balance.

Step 4:
Shipping

From Apr 2026 Onwards

After you pay the balance, we will ship your order as soon as possible.

What do I Need to Know About Pre-Ordering?
Yes. You may request a full refund at any time prior to finalizing your order by emailing us at service@strutt.inc.
During the pre-sale phase, all prices are listed in USD to maintain global pricing consistency. Please note that this does not restrict the pre-sale to the US; we welcome customers from around the world to place their pre-orders.
The listed price covers customs duties and shipping fees. However, Sales Taxes are not included and will be applied based on the specific regulations of your country or region.
Customers with delivery addresses in Singapore, the USA, EU, UK, and Hong Kong (China) can begin paying the remaining balance in batches starting from February 2026. Specific schedules and details are subject to official notifications. For other countries and regions, please click here for more information.
We accept credit card (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express), Klarna, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Shop Pay.
Yes. BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later) and financing options are provided via Klarna and are subject to credit approval at checkout. Available payment plans will be displayed during the checkout process.
In the event of a full refund, Klarna will cancel the remaining installment plan, and any payments already made will be refunded to the customer. Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to process, though the exact timing may vary depending on bank processing times.

For partial refunds, the amount will usually be credited to the customer’s installment account, potentially reducing the remaining payments. The specific refund process is subject to the payment provider's policies.
For delivery addresses in Singapore, US, EU, UK, or Hong Kong (China), we expect to ship the Strutt ev¹ starting from April 2026 in batches. For other countries and regions, see here for more details.
This policy applies after your order has been secured (final payment completed).

1. Canceling before shipment:
  • Within 12 hours of placing the order: You can cancel for free.
  • After 12 hours: A 5% order cancellation fee will apply.
2. Canceling after shipment / Returns:
  • Return shipping costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Order cancellation fee: A 10% cancellation fee will be applied.
  • Return request and refusal: You must submit a return request and notify us after the product is delivered. If you fail to notify us or refuse the delivery, an additional 10% cancellation fee will apply.
